At Just Soap, we strive to provide exceptional products and services to our customers. We understand that you may sometimes need to return or exchange a product, and we want to make the process as easy as possible. This Return and Exchange Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  1. Return and Exchange Period

You may return or exchange eligible products within 14 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

a. Personal care items, such as soaps, lotions, and shampoos, that have been opened or used. b. Gift cards. c. Sale or clearance items. d. Custom or personalized products.

  1. Return and Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at support@justsoap.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions for returning the item(s). b. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. c. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for the full value of the item(s). d. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

  1. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at support@justsoap.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

  1. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.
